Now and then someone special comes along
And fills our heart with a beautiful song
Painting a rainbow across skies of grey
Bringing sunshine on the darkest days.
They lift our spirit when we are down
Bring a smile to our face when we frown
Speaking words of comfort to dry all tears
And pray that God will calm our fears.
Whatever we may need they are there
To let us know how much they care
Someone special makes our world brighter
Sharing our load making it lighter.
When someone special enters our heart
They touch our lives and become a part
Such a blessing from God above
Someone special is His gift of love.
