Morning has broken to start the day
And morning glories go on display
The darkness slowly fades into light
As God reveals the sun so bright.

A hummingbird flies in the early hours
Drinking sweet nectar from the flowers
That sparkle with the morning dew
Oh my, what a lovely view.

God blesses us in every way
With the splendor of each new day
A beautiful gift for all to see
Created by God for you and me.
