I have a garden living within my soul
A place wonderful and so very dear
I feel the love of God growing
So deep that I know He is near.
The morning sun shines on my face
The breeze so fresh and sweet
As evening shadows begin to fall
The garden of my soul receives His grace.
I have such comfort within my heart
Where peace and quiet dwell
My soul is a garden spot
Each morning giving me a new start.
The garden of my soul is filled each day
With blessings, peace, love, and happiness
Knowing God walks with me along my way
In my heart He is beside me when I pray.
